Orders & Returns

This page contains some information you might need when you’re thinking about ordering a product from us, or if you have questions about returning a product.

Order process

Products ordered with us are handmade to order. We do not have any stock with the exception of items in the “Sample Sale” section.
Because of this please expect (depending on how many orders we are receiving) a shipping time of 6-8 weeks for products ordered with us. Sample Sale products are typically shipped between 1-2 weeks after placing your order.

If you order both Sample Sale and non-sample sale items in the same order we will hold onto the sample sale items and ship them together.

After placing your order we will contact you (if needed) to verify details such as sizing and any provided small adjustments. We take great care in our work and want to provide you with the best quality products. Additionally we will provide you with a more accurate shipping time.

When we ship your order we will inform you and provide you with a tracking code.

What’s in the package?

Every product will be in a sealed ziplock plastic bag, you can cut off the heatsealed part and it can still be closed. Keep in mind though that you cannot return items that have been unsealed for hygienic reasons. We take the greatest care in designing and creating your product, if there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.

Additionally we will include instructions with your order on how to take care of your latex to maximize their lifespan.
Please do not use information from other sources as this might result in damage to your latex.

If you have any future questions about caring for the latex of your order, please feel free to contact us and include specific order information that will help us determine the best instructions for you.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are no longer in their sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Netherlands, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please note that the shipping costs for returns are to be paid by you and we will not reimburse these costs. Please make sure to follow the provided packaging instructions as you are responsible for products returned to us. Any (shipping) damage to products that are returned to us will result in a reduction in value. This will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Please make sure to provide us with a tracking code once you shipped the product back to us. If we do not receive a confirmation within 14 days after we accepted your return, the return will no longer be valid or accepted. We will send you a notification of this. Any products returned to us after the return became invalid will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or products that are no longer in their sealed packaging for hygienic reasons.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are no longer in their sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
